Management Team In January 2013, TPS was bought by husband and wife, William and Amanda Brill. After working in the corporate world and uprooting their young family multiple times throughout the years, the Brills saw TPS as their opportunity to settle down and make Central Florida their home. Spending time with family and being involved within the community are top priorities for the Brills, and TPS has enabled those priorities to shine. Amanda Brill
CEO
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on HR from Clemson University in 2003. She has nearly a decade of experience in the sales and recruiting industries. Since taking on the role of CEO at TPS, she has been nominated for several awards, including the Orlando Business Journal's "Women to Watch" and "40 under 40," both in 2013.

William Brill
President
William is a highly credited business professional with nearly twent-five years of experience in the sales and recruiting industries. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising from Penn State University in 1990. As president of TPS, William works closely with our sales and marketing team, as well as with our clients and consultants, focusing on quality over quantity and on building lon-term relationships.

Mac has more than twenty years of experience in the sales, marketing, and recruiting industries. He also exerts his skill strength in recruitment advertising and employment branding.

Recruiting Assistant
Mae is a graduate of the University of South Caroline, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business /Office Administration in 1987. As TPS's Recruiting Assistant, she provides both recruiting and office support, maintaining the company's internal database and researching candidate profiles for the recruitment process.

Kristen Jenkins
Marketing & Social Relations Director
Kristen has a creative background with developed skills in communications, writing, and editing. In 2012 she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wofford College in English and Creative Writing. Now as the the Marketing and Social Relations Director at TPS, Kristen works with a strong sense of creative direction in the planning and organizing of social events, networking, and marketing strategy.
